Creamy Lemon Parsley Sauce
Description: This sauce will add a big burst of flavour to your favourite fish, such as salmon, sole or sea bass. Simply stir parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest into your Simple White Sauce and drizzle over your cooked fish. Or use fresh dill or tarragon for a flavourful twist.



Prep Time:15 minutes

Ingredients Preparation
¼ cup[50mL]chopped parsley
2 tbsp[30mL]lemon juice
1 tbsp[15mL]lemon zest
Prepare Carnation® Simple White Sauce as directed.

Stir parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest into hot white sauce. Drizzle over fish.

*Try the Parsley Lemon Sauce over Roasted Salmon.

TIPS:
• Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. It may thicken so just thin out with a bit of evaporated milk when reheating.
• Replace the parsley with other fresh herbs such as dill or tarragon.
