Prepare Carnation Simple White Sauce as directed.
Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic and cook, stirring frequently until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add to white sauce. Stir well to combine.
Pour over cooked chicken, pork, beef or fish. Try over your favourite vegetables.
*Try the Creamy Mushroom Garlic Sauce over Grilled Steak Flank or Sauteed Chicken Breast.
• Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. It may thicken, so just thin out with a bit of evaporated milk when reheating.
