Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal
Description: Make this yummy cooked oatmeal ahead and refrigerate for a quick, wholesome and fun start to the day. In the morning, heat in the microwave and invite everyone to sprinkle on their favourite topping.

Cook Time:45 minutes

Ingredients Preparation
1 ½ cups[375mL]Robin Hood® Large Flake Oats
1 cup[250mL]apple grated
¼ cup[50mL]brown sugar, packed
1 tsp[5mL]cinnamon
2 cans[354mL each]Carnation® Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk

TOPPINGS
  Yogurt
  Maple syrup
  Sliced almonds
  Mixed fruit
Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Grease an 8” (2L) baking dish.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until milk is absorbed and oats are softened.

TIPS:
• Make breakfast fun. Let everyone add their own toppings.
• Refrigerate any leftovers and just reheat.
