|2 cups||[500mL]||sugar snap peas or snow peas|
|¾ cup||[175mL]||Carnation® Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk|
|½ cup||[125mL]||grated Parmesan cheese|
|½ cup||[125mL]||chopped green onions (approximately 5 green onions)|
|2 tbsp||[30mL]||chopped fresh dill|
|1 tbsp||[15mL]||chopped fresh mint|
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and sugar snap peas. Cook, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
Add evaporated milk and bring to a boil. Continue cooking for 5 minutes or until evaporated milk has reduced to half the amount. Stir in remaining ingredients.
